The Full Story
With over 33 years of experience and over 30,000 sessions, Sharalee brings a warm, skilled touch to bodywork through Rolfing® and Craniosacral Therapy. From the moment she discovered these transformative therapies, she knew she wanted to help people move freely and pain-free by addressing the root causes rather than simply treating symptoms.
Sharalee trained as a Certified Advanced Rolfer with some of the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute’s top instructors and even studied with some of Dr. Rolf’s original faculty. She has a knack for understanding how the body moves, thanks to her Rolf Movement® education. Always seeking more, she also studied with skilled osteopaths. In fact, she was one of only two non-osteopaths invited to an Osteopathic conference in the United Kingdom!
On the Craniosacral side, Sharalee completed an intensive, 700-hour program to become a Registered Craniosacral Therapist (RCST®). Her commitment to learning led her to advanced studies in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, where she even worked as a Teaching Assistant to an internationally respected instructor.

Sharalee’s passion for helping people move and feel their best means she’s always learning something new. She collaborates with all kinds of healthcare providers, from medical doctors and osteopaths to chiropractors and psychotherapists. Her mission is simple: to guide every person toward a better quality of life in a body that feels its best.
